REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY 


Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our product we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges. If you find a product of Lash Flings to be damaged or faulty you MUST notify us within 7 days.

To make your refund & return in the event you do receive a product which is damaged or faulty, we will need to see proof of purchase via our email and proof of damaged/ faulty good(s).

​

Once this is done we will look into processing your refund and send you a notification via email. We will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund within this email, this decision will be dependent on proof given.

​

If you are approved then your refund will be processed and the value of the damaged/ faulty good(s), will be transferred to your original payment method. You will receive this amount within a certain amount of days.
